Le Programme is a learning program, accessible to everyone, which is broken down into two main areas of work:
Webinars are held regularly to address different performance issues. These webinars aim to provide coaches with the knowledge they need to improve their runners' results. In order to go deeper into the theoretical aspects of the topics discussed during these webinars, we do publish scientific articles on our blog.
In addition, a practical course is organized in small groups in order to learn how to better use digital tools, which have become essential today when it comes to analyzing and understanding training.

Our team
As a former 1st category cyclist, Valentin Gallet developed tools to set the optimal pacing strategy during time trials for two years, in collaboration with Team Sky (newly Ineos). He then worked on physical capacities modeling and various other digital technologies to scientifically improve performances.
With Rémy Deutsch, former coach at B&B Vital-Concept team, they decided to develop Le Programme in order to offer coaches and competitors access to practical and theoretical knowledge about the scientific optimization of performance.
